Refund and Return Policy

At Mahanadi Spices, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

You must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Perishable products, once opened or tampered with, cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety standards.
To start a return, email us at mahanadispice@gmail.com with your order number, photos (mandatory), and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

If the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a full refund or free replacement.

If the return is due to reasons other than damage (e.g., change of mind), shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been opened or used

Items without original packaging

Items purchased under special promotions or clearance sales
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. To cancel, contact us at mahanadispice@gmail.com with your order ID.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item:

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll arrange a free replacement or initiate a full refund
- Replacement Products will be delivered with 5-7 business days
